Wellness
The whole lower floor of the house is given over to relaxation. The Finnish sauna, steam room and hot tub share one large room with loungers, and right next door are the showers and separate changing rooms for women and men. The wellness area is for guests of Bláhův mlýn only.
What you will find
Hot tub
A spacious hot tub in the middle of the room, with steps leading comfortably down into the water. The best place to let your legs and back unwind after a day on the slopes or on the bike.
Finnish sauna
A timber sauna with classic dry heat. A few rounds of heat and cooling clear the head better than anything else.
Steam room
Moist heat at a lower temperature than the sauna, with a mosaic bench. It suits those who find the sauna too hot, and it does your airways good after a day out in the frost.
Relaxation area
Loungers and greenery right beside the hot tub. Resting after the heat matters as much as the heat itself, so leave yourself plenty of time.
Facilities
The wellness area has its own entrance, separate changing rooms and toilets for women and men, and a shower room. The same floor also has the cellar storage units where you can keep bikes and skis.

Good to know
- Please bring a towel and bath towel from your apartment.
- Children under 12 only when accompanied by an adult.
- Please shower before using the sauna, steam room or hot tub.
- Remember to drink — in the heat your body loses more water than you might think.
