Rental terms

These terms apply to stays from 1 January 2027. The price of your stay is final — apart from the refundable security deposit, there are no further charges.

What is included

• Accommodation in a fully equipped apartment
• Water, electricity and heating
• Bed linen and towels
• Wi-Fi and internet connection
• Parking by the house
• One wellness booking per stay
• Final cleaning
• Municipal tourist tax

Price list valid from 1 January 2027

Prices for the individual apartments will be added shortly. Until then we will gladly quote the current price on request, and you will also see it in the booking form.

Arrival and departure

• Check-in is possible from 3 p.m.
• Please check out by 10 a.m.

If you are arriving later, please let us know so that we can welcome you.

Payment terms

• An advance payment of 50 % of the price is due within 3 days of the booking being confirmed.
• The remaining 50 % is due no later than 30 days before arrival.
• A refundable security deposit of CZK 5,000 per apartment is payable together with the remaining balance. We return it to your account if the apartment is handed back without damage.
• For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the full price and the security deposit are due within 3 days of the booking being confirmed.

Cancellation fees

• More than 30 days before arrival: CZK 1,000; the rest of the advance payment is refunded.
• 14 to 30 days before arrival: 50 % of the price of the stay.
• Less than 14 days before arrival: 100 % of the price of the stay.

No cancellation fee is charged if you find someone to take your place. We recommend taking out travel insurance that covers cancellation.

House rules

• Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house, including balconies and terraces.
• Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
• Pets are welcome by prior arrangement.
• The person who made the booking is liable for any damage to the apartment or shared areas. Please report any faults straight away so that we can fix them during your stay.
